Google Apps User Set-up Guide

1. You must use latest Firefox, Chrome or IE 10/11 to access Google Apps
   
    To download and install Firefox: http://firefox.com
    To download and install Chrome:  http://www.google.com/chrome
   
 
2. Download and install Google Talk Video driver by clicking on the link:
   https://www.google.com/chat/video
   
 
3. Navigate to http://gmail.com (Click on "Sign-in" on the upper right corner of the screen, should you see such an option.)
   Enter your full email address as ID.
   Log on with the temporary password provided separately by your peer/manager.
   
 
4. Click "I accept" for Google's user license prompt.
   You will be asked to create new password.
   
 
5. Navigate to http://profiles.google.com
   
   
6. Update your name, your birthday, sex and uncheck the "Google may use my account info..." option.  Click "Upgrade". You can close the window now.
